Eulerian wind

The wind velocity measured at a fixed point in space over a period of time, as opposed to the wind velocity experienced by a moving air parcel. This measurement is typically obtained from stationary weather stations or remote sensing instruments like radar. It provides information about the local atmospheric flow characteristics at a specific geographic location.
