Glaçon

A relatively flat piece of floating sea ice less than 20 m across, which is the French term for what the WMO sea-ice nomenclature calls an ice cake. A piece under 2 m across is a small ice cake (petit glacon). Anything larger than 20 m across counts as a floe, with small floes spanning 20 to 100 m.
