Ice

The solid phase of water, forming when liquid water freezes at or below 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) at standard atmospheric pressure. In the atmosphere, ice exists as snowflakes, hail, ice crystals in clouds, or as glaze on surfaces. Its presence significantly influences atmospheric radiation, cloud formation, and precipitation processes.
