Inaccuracy

The degree to which a measured or calculated value deviates from the true value of the quantity being observed. It represents the overall error, encompassing both systematic bias and random variability. In meteorological measurements, inaccuracy can arise from instrument limitations, calibration errors, or environmental factors.
