Describing atmospheric or oceanic phenomena that exhibit movement or displacement over time and space, rather than remaining stationary. This can refer to weather systems, such as migratory high-pressure systems or fronts, or to patterns of animal movement influenced by meteorological conditions. Migratory birds, for example, follow seasonal weather patterns across continents.
