Radio hole

A region in the atmosphere where radio wave propagation is significantly attenuated or blocked, resulting in a loss of signal. This phenomenon can be caused by atmospheric ducts, strong inversions, or severe weather conditions that scatter or absorb radio waves. It can disrupt communication and radar operations.
