Sky slightly clouded

A sky cover condition where clouds are present but their total coverage is minimal. In standard meteorological reporting, this corresponds to a sky cover of one to two oktas, meaning one-eighth to two-eighths of the celestial dome is obscured by clouds. This classification is distinct from a clear sky (zero oktas) and a scattered sky (three to four oktas).
