Tabular iceberg

A large, flat-topped iceberg with steep sides that has broken off from an ice shelf. Its length-to-height ratio is greater than five to one, giving it a distinctly blocky or table-like appearance. These icebergs originate from the massive ice shelves of Antarctica and can be hundreds of square kilometers in area.
