Thermogram

A visual record of temperature distribution across a surface or object, often displayed as an image with different colors representing different temperatures. This record is created by an infrared camera that detects thermal radiation emitted by objects. Thermograms are used in meteorology to study surface temperatures, cloud top temperatures, and sea surface temperature patterns.
