Tidal wind

A very weak, periodic wind component in the upper atmosphere, primarily in the mesosphere and thermosphere, caused by the gravitational forces of the moon and sun. These winds are extremely subtle and are distinct from surface winds driven by pressure gradients. Tidal winds are typically on the order of a few meters per second.
