Final flow period
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-001415
The last interval of controlled production during a well test, preceding the final shut-in period. During this phase, the well flows at a constant rate to establish stabilized conditions or to achieve a specific pressure drawdown. Data from this period, along with the subsequent build-up, provides information about reservoir boundaries and average reservoir pressure.
