Paraffin-base crude oil

A type of crude oil characterized by a high content of paraffin waxes, which are saturated hydrocarbons with straight or branched chains. These oils have a relatively high pour point, meaning they solidify at higher temperatures compared to other crude types. Paraffin-base crude oils are often lighter in color and have a higher API gravity than asphalt-base crudes.
