Paraffin inhibitor

A chemical additive used to prevent or reduce the deposition of paraffin wax in oil production and transportation systems. These chemicals modify the crystal structure of paraffin, keeping it dispersed in the oil rather than forming solid deposits. Inhibitors are injected continuously or intermittently into the wellbore or flowline.
