Paraffin scraper

A mechanical device run into a wellbore to remove paraffin wax deposits that accumulate on the inside of production tubing. It consists of blades or knives that scrape the wax from the pipe walls as it is moved up and down. This tool restores the internal diameter of the tubing and maintains production flow.
