Premium thread

A specialized connection design for oilfield tubulars, such as casing and tubing, featuring a metal-to-metal seal and often a modified thread profile. These threads provide superior gas-tight sealing capabilities and increased structural integrity compared to standard API (American Petroleum Institute) threads. They are selected for high-pressure, high-temperature, or corrosive well environments.
