Tieback packer

A downhole tool used to seal the annulus between a liner top and the casing above it, or between a production casing string and an upper casing string. It provides hydraulic isolation and mechanical support for the tieback string, preventing fluid migration and maintaining well integrity. This packer is typically set hydraulically or mechanically.
