Washover shoe

A specialized cutting shoe run on the bottom of a washover pipe, used to cut away and retrieve a stuck pipe or other obstruction in the wellbore. It has an internal diameter larger than the stuck object, allowing the washover pipe to be rotated down over the fish. The shoe's cutting teeth mill away the material around the stuck object.
