Upon administration, autologous anti-IL-1RAP CAR T cells CCTx-001 specifically recognize and kill IL-1RAP-expressing tumor cells. IL-1RAP, a transmembrane glycoprotein, is highly expressed on leukemic cells but not on healthy hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs); its expression has been correlated with poor prognosis.",
