Aeroallergen

An airborne substance, typically a protein, that can trigger an allergic reaction in sensitized individuals upon inhalation. Common aeroallergens include pollen, dust mite feces, mold spores, and animal dander. Exposure to these particles can lead to respiratory symptoms such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, and conjunctivitis.
