Chronic allergic inflammation

A prolonged inflammatory response triggered by exposure to an allergen, characterized by persistent immune cell infiltration and tissue remodeling. This condition involves the sustained activation of mast cells, eosinophils, and lymphocytes, often mediated by immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies. Examples include chronic asthma and allergic rhinitis.
