Aphrodisiac

A substance, food, or drug believed to stimulate sexual desire or enhance sexual performance. These agents are often derived from plants, animals, or synthetic compounds, though their efficacy is frequently anecdotal or based on cultural beliefs. Yohimbine is an example of a compound sometimes marketed as an aphrodisiac.
