Bicornate uterus

A congenital uterine anomaly where the uterus is heart-shaped, having two distinct horns or cavities that are partially or completely separated. This malformation results from incomplete fusion of the paramesonephric ducts during embryonic development. It can be associated with reproductive complications, including recurrent miscarriage and preterm birth.
