Block homopolymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001379
A homopolymer whose macromolecules contain blocks that differ from their neighbours in a constitutional or configurational feature even though all are built from the same monomer, as in a stereoblock polymer with isotactic blocks joined to atactic or syndiotactic ones. A difference in chain length alone does not create a separate block.
