Homopolymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005382
A polymer derived from a single type of monomer unit, which is repeated along the polymer chain. The monomer units are chemically identical, though their arrangement may vary depending on the polymerization mechanism. This contrasts with copolymers, which are formed from two or more different monomer species.
