Catalytic activity fraction

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001715

The ratio of the catalytic activity of a specific component or isoenzyme to the total catalytic activity of all components in a mixture. This dimensionless quantity indicates the proportion of the total enzyme activity contributed by a particular form. It is often used to assess the relative abundance of different enzyme variants.
