Cluster centroid

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002144

A representative point for a cluster in a dataset, typically calculated as the mean or median of all data points within that cluster. It serves as a central reference for the group, summarizing the characteristics of its members. In computational drug design, cluster centroids can represent the average properties of a group of similar molecules.
