Conformational analysis

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002414

The study of the energy and spatial properties of molecules as a function of their conformation. This analysis involves examining the relative stabilities of different conformers and the energy barriers for their interconversion. It is a fundamental tool for understanding molecular structure, reactivity, and biological activity.
