Cytokine capture assay

A laboratory method used to detect and quantify cytokines produced by cells. This technique involves capturing secreted cytokines on a cell surface or a solid support, followed by detection using labeled antibodies. The assay can be performed using flow cytometry or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principles.
