Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004003

A laboratory technique used to detect and quantify specific antibodies, antigens, proteins, or hormones in a sample. It employs an enzyme linked to an antibody or antigen, which reacts with a substrate to produce a detectable signal, often a color change.
