Decay curve

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013018

A graphical representation showing the decrease in the activity of a radioactive sample over time. The curve typically follows an exponential decay pattern, characterized by the half-life of the radionuclide. It is used to determine the half-life of a radioactive isotope or to calculate the activity of a sample at a given time.
