Duplicate portion sampling method

A technique used in dietary exposure assessment where individuals collect identical portions of all food and beverages consumed over a specified period. These duplicate samples are then analyzed for contaminants or nutrients to determine actual intake. This method provides a direct measure of exposure, bypassing food composition databases.
