Exponential growth
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004238
A pattern of increase in which the rate of growth of a quantity is directly proportional to its current value. This results in a continuously accelerating increase over time, often observed in populations where resources are abundant. The growth curve, when plotted against time, forms a J-shape.
