Iniopagus

A rare form of conjoined twin in which the individuals are fused at the back of their heads, specifically at the occiput. The bodies are separate and the twins face in opposite directions. This condition is a type of craniopagus, which describes any fusion of the cranial vault, and represents one of the least frequent configurations of conjoined twinning.
