LAS
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006452
An acronym for Lifetime-Associated Spectra, a term used in the global analysis of time-resolved spectroscopic data. These spectra are associated with specific lifetimes that are determined by fitting a kinetic model to the data set across all measured wavelengths. The analysis assumes that the lifetimes are constant throughout the spectral range, and the LAS represent the spectral contributions of the components decaying with those characteristic lifetimes.
