Linear pulse amplifier
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006630
An electronic circuit designed to increase the amplitude of electrical pulses while preserving their original shape and timing characteristics. It operates within a specific dynamic range where the output pulse amplitude is directly proportional to the input pulse amplitude. These amplifiers are commonly used in nuclear instrumentation to process signals from radiation detectors.
