Microextraction (packed sorbent)
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007325
An extraction technique where a small amount of sorbent material is packed into a confined space, such as a needle or a small cartridge, to extract analytes from a sample. The analytes are adsorbed onto the sorbent and then desorbed for analysis. This method offers high enrichment factors and reduced solvent consumption compared to traditional solid-phase extraction.
