In-tube solid-phase microextraction
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006044
A microextraction technique where the inner surface of a capillary tube is coated with a sorbent material. The sample is passed through this coated tube, allowing analytes to adsorb onto the sorbent. After extraction, the analytes are desorbed, typically by a solvent or heat, and transferred for analysis.
