Misclassification rate

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007412

The proportion of samples that are incorrectly assigned to a category or class by a classification model. This metric quantifies the error of a supervised classification algorithm when applied to a set of evaluation data. A lower misclassification rate indicates better performance of the classification model.
