Nanodomain
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007745
A region within a material, typically a polymer, that exhibits distinct physical or chemical properties and has at least one dimension in the nanometer scale. These domains can arise from phase separation, self-assembly, or specific molecular arrangements. Their size and distribution significantly influence the material's overall performance.
