Percentage standard deviation

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008624

A measure of the precision of a set of analytical measurements, calculated as the standard deviation divided by the mean of the measurements, multiplied by 100. This value, also known as the coefficient of variation, expresses the variability relative to the average value. A lower percentage standard deviation indicates higher precision.
