Phenome

The complete set of observable traits or characteristics of an organism, resulting from the interaction of its genotype with the environment. This encompasses all measurable aspects of an organism's biology, from molecular to macroscopic levels. The study of the phenome, or phenomics, aims to systematically characterize these traits.
