Photon irradiance
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013399
The photon flux incident on a surface per unit area, often expressed in units of photons per square meter per second. It describes the power of incident light in terms of the number of photons. This quantity is used to characterize light sources in photochemical experiments.
