Principal component loading
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009466
A measure of the correlation between an original variable and a principal component in principal component analysis (PCA). It indicates how much each original variable contributes to the formation of a specific principal component. Loadings range from -1 to +1, with higher absolute values indicating stronger contributions.
