Regular macromolecule
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010115
A macromolecule whose structure can be described by a single type of constitutional repeating unit in a single sequential arrangement. This implies a uniform and ordered arrangement of monomer units along the polymer chain. For example, a linear polyethylene chain consisting solely of repeating methylene units is a regular macromolecule.
