Stereoregular macromolecule
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011381
A macromolecule in which the stereochemical configuration at each stereogenic center along the polymer chain is either identical or follows a regular, repeating pattern. This precise spatial arrangement of monomeric units can lead to crystallinity and specific physical properties. Examples include isotactic and syndiotactic polymers.
