Relative systemic availability
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010164
A comparison of the systemic exposure to a drug after administration by one route or formulation, relative to another route or formulation. This is determined by comparing the area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) for the test formulation to that of a reference formulation. It is often expressed as a percentage.
