Relative uncertainty

The uncertainty of a measurement expressed as a fraction or percentage of the measured value. It indicates the precision of a measurement in relation to its magnitude, providing a dimensionless quantity that allows for comparison across different scales. This value is calculated by dividing the absolute uncertainty by the measured value.
