Repetition time
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010192
The time interval between successive excitations of the same nuclear spin system in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. It is the duration from the start of one pulse sequence to the start of the next identical pulse sequence. This parameter significantly influences the signal intensity and the contrast in NMR experiments, particularly in relation to spin-lattice relaxation.
