Sequential detection
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010761
A method of detecting multiple analytes or spectral features by measuring them one after another, rather than simultaneously. In spectroscopy, this involves scanning across a range of wavelengths or masses, with a single detector recording the signal at each point. This approach is common in instruments where a single detector is used to acquire a full spectrum.
