Test solution
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011891
A solution prepared by dissolving a test portion in a suitable solvent, possibly with the addition of reagents required for the analytical procedure. This solution is the final liquid form of the sample that is introduced into an analytical instrument for measurement. The concentration of the analyte in the test solution is directly measured, and from this, the amount in the original sample is calculated.
